1. Information We Collect

1) Registration Information
In order to take advantage of our services, you must register your information including name; address including city, state, zip code and country; telephone number and email address.

2) Purchase Information
In case you are making a purchase on the Site by credit card, the credit card number and expiration date are gathered. This is used to verify payment authorization and process your order.

3) Shipping Information
The shipping information related to an order (but not the purchase information) will be shared with the shipping company that we use for any given order.

2. How We Use Information

All the personal information of users gathered on the Site is kept strictly confidential. We will never sell, rent or share the information with any company or individual unless we provide you with advance notice, except as noted in the next sentence. We use your information to offer better customer service and to improve communications. We also may use your information to respond to specific inquiries made by you; to prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities; and to customize, measure, and improve our services and content. If at any point we decide to use personal information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify you of this by email.

3. How We Protect Information

We have security measures in place and take numerous precautions to protect our users' information against the loss, misuse and/or alteration. For all purchase information, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL), an industry standard security protocol underneath HTTP, providing an encrypted channel and server authentication, so that all such information is transmitted through a secured server connection. Before your order is processed online, your browser will make a confirmed identification that the transmission of all data is being made between your computer and the Site. When providing sensitive information on the Internet, you should look at your browser to determine whether SSL technology is being employed. While on a secure page under SSL, the lock icon in the browser frame at the bottoms of web browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked when you are just "surfing" or sending an email. While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also take several steps to protect user information offline. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personal information. And, the servers on which we store personal information are kept in a secure environment, behind a locked cage.

4. With Whom Information May Be Shared

In some cases we partner with third parties to provide specific services, we may release your information to share with them, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

Third Party Intermediaries
We may share personal information with third parties such as a shipping company and a credit card processing company we have engaged to perform certain services on our behalf in connection with the operation of certain aspects of the Site. These third party service providers who have access to your personal information are authorized to use this information only in a manner consistent with this Policy.

Disclosure to Authorities
We may disclose information to law enforcement or other government officials in case we are asked to disclose it by subpoena, court order, or other legal process. We reserve the right and may be forced to disclose any and all information to government bodies or government officials or third parties under certain circumstances or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications. Accordingly, you authorize us to disclose any and all information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate, in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements or other activity that is illegal or may expose us to legal liability.

Links to Third Party Web Sites
We may provide links to third party sites that advertise on or offer features and transactions described on the Site. The organizations controlling those third party sites are responsible for ensuring that they comply with applicable laws and regulations. If you visit such a site, you should review that site's privacy policy before providing any personal information. The Site and its affiliates make no representation or warranty about the legality of any third party web site independent from the Site, and we have no control over, or responsibility with respect to, the information provided or activities undertaken by any such web site. A link between the Site and another web site does not mean that we endorse that web site. We expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for any damage, loss, or injury arising out of the activities of any third party, the goods or services offered or the content displayed by any of such third party not under the Site domain.

5. How You Modify Information
